My name is Perminder Gray and I am the founder and Creative Director of Another Level Medispa, the brand to bring inner and outer wellness of mind, body, spirit, and soul and to bridge the gap between Beauty and Aesthetic treatments. I am fully qualified at Level 4 in Aesthetics from 1 Harley Street giving me knowledge and understanding in this innovative industry.
To reflect the vision of a clinic at the forefront of non-surgical techniques to both maintain and enhance the appearance and most crucially confidence I am constantly introducing latest results-driven treatments. My name is Katie and I am a senior skin therapist Level 4 Aesthetics Practitioner.
I have worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years, previously running my own Beauty Clinic for 10 years.
Skincare and the Science behind it is my passion, guiding clients through their skin journey, managing their expectations and helping them achieve their Skincare goals is extremely rewarding to me.
I specialise in Medical grade chemical Peels, Microneedling and LED Light Therapy.
I am an advanced Anti-Wrinkle Practitioner and trained in cannula technique for Dermal Fillers delivering a safer practice.
I am currently working towards my level 5 in Aesthetics. I have now qualified in PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) treatments. Helping those clients that would like the bodies own plasma to work and enhance their skin and hair. With this treatment we have helped so many going through Menopause where the skin and hair can suffer tremendous change. These treatments bring positive mental and well being to our clients.
In an ever expanding industry I try to be a step ahead by keeping upto date with all technologies and procedures and I am a big believer in knowledge is key.

My name is Zahra, and I am a highly experienced Level 4 Skin Aesthetic Practitioner with over 15 years in the beauty and aesthetics industry. Having previously managed my own clinic before starting my family, I bring both expertise and a deep passion for delivering exceptional client care.
I specialise in advanced skin treatments including medical-grade Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, Chemical Peels such as Obagi Blue Radiance, and Celluma LED Light Therapy. Alongside aesthetics, my extensive beauty portfolio covers Russian and Classic Eyelash Extensions, eye treatments, nail and massage therapies, advanced waxing, and Laser Hair Removal.
In recent years, I have expanded into aesthetics injectables, offering Anti-Wrinkle Treatments, Skin Boosters, and Dermal Fillers. My approach is always personalised—tailoring each treatment to the individual, combining artistry with advanced techniques to achieve natural and lasting results.

I began practising in 1995, managed a busy clinic and also ran courses (from introductory to diploma) for the Association of Natural Medicine and a tutor and NVQ Assessor for the East Essex Community College. I was a member of the Governing Council and Chair of the Examinations Committee for the ANM and also represented the ANM on the Legal & Parliamentary Sub-Committee of the Aromatherapy Organisations Council, which was instrumental in beginning the process of setting UK-wide professional standards for therapists. I also had a Natural Health help column in a local paper.
I am a professionally qualified Clinical Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Massage Therapist, Indian Head Masseuse and a Reiki Practitioner. I am also qualified in the treatment and management of Sports Injuries and Remedial Massage.
