SAY NO TO INCONTINENCE with EMSPelvic Chair

The EMSPelvic Chair is a non-invasive and painless device for the treatment of pelvic floor muscle weakness, urinary incontinence and muscle laxity.
It utilises High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to stimulate deep pelvic floor muscles and restore neuromuscular stimulation.
Key effectiveness is based on focused electromagnetic energy, in-depth penetration and stimulation of the entire pelvic floor area.

A single EMSPelvic Chair session brings 12,000 supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions.

The pelvic floor consists of three layers of muscles. Kegel exercises can often train the outer layer, however, the two inner layers, which are important for bladder control and stability, cannot be strengthened using these exercises.
This is where the problem lies and the only non invasive method of training these muscles is by using HIFEM technology to strengthen them.

Our approach is simple we ask all our clients to firstly see their GP for a diagnosis of their concerns regarding their pelvic health. We then carry out a fully informative and confidential consultation free of charge to build a program to work with their lifestyle and their concerns. Talking about such personal issues can sometimes make clients feel embarrassed, we are here to make sure our clients feel respected and looked after at all times. All treatments are carried out fully clothed and are confidential and clients are put at ease throughout. It is normal for clients to initially start with 2 sessions per week and then progressing to one session and then a monthly maintenance until their symptoms subside. The number of sessions and the intensity of sessions all depends upon the individual. We work closely with our clients and are at hand every step of the way to ensure they have our full support throughout the programme.

Incontinence & Urgency

Many people, especially as they get older or after certain medical procedures, experience incontinence. Strengthening the pelvic floor can play an important role in regaining bladder control. A stronger pelvic floor not only increases confidence, but can also greatly improve overall quality of life.

Recovery Post Pregnancy

Recovery after childbirth is a time when many women want to reconnect with and strengthen their bodies. Pelvic floor training is essential during this phase, as it helps rebuild strength and can also prevent future issues and discomfort.

Menopause

During menopause, women go through many physical changes that can also affect the pelvic floor. Symptoms such as urinary incontinence or pelvic floor weakness may become more common. Targeted pelvic floor exercises can help reduce these symptoms and support overall well-being.

Lower Back Pain

There is a close connection between the pelvic floor and the back. A weak pelvic floor can contribute to poor posture, which may lead to back pain. Focused pelvic floor training can help relieve these problems and support long-term back health.

Core Strength

A strong pelvic floor improves core stability, increases endurance, and enhances movement efficiency. This can positively affect physical performance both in sports and in daily life. In short, regular pelvic floor training supports both health and overall performance.
